The Officers of the Board will serve as the members of the executive committee. The Board shall have the power to create Standing Committees while the Chairperson of the Board shall have the power to create Ad Hoc Committees, when deemed necessary. All Standing Committees shall consist of one or more Board members. The Chairperson of the Board shall appoint all Chairs of each Standing Committee from the members of the Board, wherein each Committee Chair shall have the authority to appoint its own Committee members. All Committees shall consist of no more than nine (9) committee members, unless indicated by the Board. Each such committee shall serve at the pleasure of the Board, and shall be responsible for reporting to the Board in writing of its activities.
