State-Directors Sponsorship  -   $60,000 Deploying the Saturday Scholars Program in each state will require a state-level full- time paid Director – focus on program wide administration, fund raising, legislative; school boards,  state & Federal lawmakers liaison and national committees.  Duties to include but not limited to the cohesiveness and consistent implementation of program standards and guidelines within that state.
